We have processed part of our mohair from our kids in sliver yarn. At a small mini-mill in Belgium you can still wash and spin small numbers of wool and that's where this fantastic yarn came out. The yarn is a mix of Baambrugger mohair and merino mixed with Drenthe heath sheep as the binding thread. The color of the yarn is the natural color of our goats with a dark binding thread from the heather sheep. A super hairy yarn consisting of one thick thread, very suitable for heavier cardigans, beanies and gloves.
A 100 gram ball of Baambrugger wool contains about 80 meters. We recommend that you always knit a sample first and then wash to check the number of rows and stitches.
