Purchase Authorization

To make purchases through this site, you are asked to register and provide us with your personal information. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address, and other required information. In addition, you will be asked to provide payment information when placing an order, and you guarantee that the payment details you provide with your order are both valid and correct. You confirm that you are the person referred to in the provided billing information.

The site is exclusively available to individuals and others who meet The Knitwit Stable's General Terms. Only customers with a valid credit card or bank account issued by a bank accepted by The Knitwit Stable can place orders. Requests must be approved by The Knitwit Stable, and The Knitwit Label is authorized to collect the total amount of an order on the customer's credit card or bank account. The Knitwit Stable reserves the right to limit larger quantities of an item sent to a customer or postal address.

By making a bid to purchase items, you expressly authorize us to periodically conduct credit checks and, where The Knitwit Stable deems it necessary, to send or request information (including updated information) about yourself to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit card number or credit information (including credit information about your spouse if you reside in a jurisdiction where marital community property applies), to verify your identity, evaluate the validity of your credit card, obtain initial credit card authorization, and approve individual purchase transactions.

Additionally, you agree that we may use personal data provided by you for anti-fraud checks. Personal data provided by you may be disclosed to credit reporting agencies or fraud prevention agencies, which may retain such data. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for further information on our use of your data.

Orders

The Knitwit Stable does not offer products that are in stock but are made to order. It may happen that we are awaiting the delivery of yarns from our suppliers or that the capacity to knit is insufficient. We may not be able to deliver selected prepaid items due to production problems or issues with the yarn. In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund the prepayment within ten days of the notification that the items are not available to your credit card or bank account.

Note: Items placed in the shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.

All orders are subject to approval and availability. All prices include 21% VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the data. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice until both parties have agreed on the content of the agreement.

Approval of Your Order

Once you have made a choice and placed an order, you will receive an email confirming the order details. This email is not an approval of the order but is only a confirmation of receipt.

Unless you cancel the order, the approval of the order and the conclusion of the agreement between you and The Knitwit Stable are completed when we send you an email confirming the shipment of the items.

We reserve the right not to approve the order, for example, if we do not obtain payment authorization; if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; if the yarn is not in stock or does not meet our quality standards and is withdrawn; or if you do not comply with the purchase conditions as set out in the General Terms.

We may also, at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion, refuse to process a transaction and thereby approve it. We are not liable to you or third parties for the withdrawal of items from The Knitwit Stable, whether or not that item is sold; for the removal, screening, or editing of materials or content on www.theknitwitstable.nl; for refusing to process a transaction, or for terminating or suspending transactions after processing has begun.

Purchase

Payments can be made with iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, or PayPal. You confirm that the credit card/debit card you are using is your property or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card/debit card to use it. All credit card/debit card holders are subject to validity checks and approval by the issuing authority. If the issuing institution of your payment card refuses its approval of the payment to The Knitwit Stable, we are not liable for any delays or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable precautions to secure www.theknitwitstable.nl. All bank transactions on www.theknitwitstable.nl are processed through Multisafepay, a secure online payment module that encrypts card data in a secure hosting environment. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, The Knitwit Stable uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

In addition to SSL encryption, PaySquare uses 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure provides an additional level of security when placing an order. It protects you from unauthorized use of your credit card number because you must confirm your identity before making the payment. Only if you are the legitimate owner can your credit card be used for an internet payment.

Packaging

Be careful with all packaging and the additional gifts sent with the order. Keep them out of the reach of children and animals to avoid choking hazards. Also, keep them away from fire; the packaging may be flammable. The Knitwit Stable cannot be held liable for damage or accidents caused by packaging and/or additional gifts.

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver all orders within 4 weeks. Estimated delivery times should be considered as guidelines and start from the date of the order.

Tracking Your Order

You can track the shipment status via www.tracktrace.nl. Enter the code in the field that we sent to you by email.

Returns and Exchanges

The Knitwit Stable aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If an item or items from The Knitwit Stable do not meet your expectations, please contact us. We cannot take back the item because it is made for you but will do everything to adjust it to your satisfaction.

Intellectual Property Rights of Content

Content is defined as any text, photos, videos, audio, or graphic materials that The Knitwit Stable, you, or other users may upload or transmit on this website.

Any risk regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usability of content on this website is at your own discretion. The Knitwit Stable reserves the right to remove content from this website at any time and for any reason. Removal may occur immediately and without prior notice.
