Knitted from Dutch Wool Premium's thicker yarn, a blend of Kempische Heideschaap wool, Merino, and Alpaca in a supple, single structure. The knit feels warm, sturdy, and robust, yet remains soft due to the fiber blend. How is this jacket made

The sleeveless jacket Riet is knitted on 3-gauge machines using the thicker Dutch Wool premium yarn, a blend of wool from the Kempisch Heideschaap, Merino, and Dutch Alpaca.

The jacket will be knitted, assembled, washed, and finished in Baambrugge at The Knitwit Stable during the summer of 2026

How to wear this jacket

Riet is designed as a sleeveless outer layer: warm and sturdy, yet with plenty of freedom of movement. Wear it over a T-shirt, blouse, or thin sweater on cool days, or over a thicker knit when you want extra warmth without sleeves.

The slightly cropped bomber shape, stand-up collar, zipper, and pockets make Riet practical for outdoors and easy to layer in and out of season.

We only make what is actually chosen. This way, we prevent overproduction, can produce more consciously, and invest in quality where it counts: in materials, craftsmanship, and finishing.
