Milky
tiSHōō X The Knitwit Stable
The Milky vest is a nice long vest made by the Kempisch Heidenschap in collaboration with tiSHōō. An Arnhem-based fashion brand that, like us, believes in fair materials and conscious production methods. From their studio and shop in the Fashion District, tiSHōō works with natural fabrics, small production runs, and a strong focus on detail and wearability.
In this collaboration, their design vision merged with our expertise in wool and knitting. The result is a cardigan in which material, shape, and manufacturing process are carefully coordinated. Locally produced, with respect for the fiber, and designed to last.
The soft, high-quality wool used for this cardigan comes primarily from Kempen Heath sheep from the Wassum grazing farm in Roermond (60%). This herd has a small ecological footprint. For even softer comfort, wool from Dutch alpacas has been added. It also features 20% Responsible Wool Standard (RWS)-certified merino wool.
