Vest Bien is made from soft and lightweight mohair from young Dutch goats. Due to the elasticity of mohair, the Bien retains its shape over time and is wrinkle-free and does not itch.
All our products are developed and knitted in our mini factory in Baambrugge.

The special properties of mohair

Mohair has an additional character trait of a beautiful shine and its hairy texture makes it super soft, light and durable. Wool fibers are very elastic and have a moisture-regulating capacity. This wool cools in the summer and warms in the winter, is very resistant to bacteria, is fire-resistant and biodegradable. Wool has a self-cleaning ability and therefore hardly needs to be washed. Venting is often more than enough. This way your favorite cardigan will last for generations.

 Choose your color and size

Vest Bien you can choose from seven colours: dark blue, taupe (grey-brown), light blue, blossom (soft pink), flower stem (green) and winter dew (grey-purple). The off-white is the natural colour of the goat and not dyed. All yarns of our synthetic colours are washed and dyed according to the GOTS standard. This means that the amount of harmful chemicals has been reduced to a minimum. In order to be able to recycle properly, we are switching to mono-raw material: the yarn of the colours light blue and blossom are now made of 100% mohair.

Vest Bien falls to the waistband and has a 7 cm collar. The length of the vest (from the highest shoulder point) is 56 cm. Sleeve length from the middle back is 51 cm and the chest width is 58 cm, for size s/m.

If you want to adjust the size, please mention this in the notes when ordering.

 Made to order

We work according to the made-to-order principle. This means that we will only start producing your item after you have placed your order. The delivery time is 2-4 weeks. But we promise: it's worth the wait. And the nice thing about this: you can also indicate your wishes if, for example, you want the item to be made slightly shorter or longer.

Vest Bien does not itch, is light and feels wonderfully soft. The sleeves are three-quarter length and knitted in a butterfly model.
