Do not use too little wool: too little does not provide pressure relief. The skin should not be visible through the wool. After applying the wool, put on a sock. The wool adheres to the sock, keeping everything in place. You don't have to use plasters; the sock does all the work. Now you can finally put your shoes back on and you're ready to hit the road!
