Wool pellets

Sustainable addition to the garden
Wool pellets
Wool pellets are an innovative, natural fertilizer made from sheep's wool. The pellets are used from the wool of the belly and legs of our sheep and are processed by Wolterra. This means that all the wool is used and we create as little waste as possible. They absorb moisture and slowly release it back into the soil, so that the plants continuously receive the necessary hydration and nutrients. This promotes healthy growth and improves the soil structure, which supports root development. With wool pellets, the garden can flourish in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

Our wool pellets, made from 100% sheep wool, are a powerful and sustainable addition to the garden. These pellets are rich in essential nutrients, including 10.8% nitrogen, 1.4% phosphate, 1.2% magnesium and 5.2% potassium, which contribute to healthy plant growth.
Sheep wool can absorb up to three times its own weight in water, allowing the wool grains to retain moisture for a long time and gradually release it into the soil. This ensures that plants remain hydrated, while nutrients are gradually released.
In addition, wool pellets improve the soil structure, making the soil airier and allowing roots to grow and breathe better. The effective period is 6-8 months, after which the wool is digested by soil life and the soil structure improves. Wool pellets turn sheep wool waste into a circular fertilizer, which promotes the development of new plant life.
Our wool granules can be used for:
- circular fertilizer and soil improver for ornamental and garden plants;
- combating snails;
- your garden or vegetable garden.
